We perform backups and updates on a regular schedule. Backups are typically done daily to ensure data integrity and security. Updates for the website’s core, themes, and plugins are usually performed weekly, or as soon as critical updates and security patches are released. But this depends also of your booked maintenance package.

Yes according to the editorial work times  included in the selected maintenance package. Additional work or work without maintenance abonament will be charged as Standard Consulting.

Yes , if you have booked our maintenance package we will restore functionallity of your website for free and you have priority, otherwise we will help as quickly as posibbile but will charge you an emergency fee.
